Free objection reply tool

Answer the concern without arguing.

Choose what the customer actually said. QuoteChime drafts one calm response that asks a useful question and avoids discounts, pressure, or claims you cannot support.

Nothing sends automatically. Check every fact before use.

Do not defend the quote before you understand the concern

“Too expensive” may mean the total budget is unavailable, the customer expected different inclusions, or they are comparing scopes that are not equivalent. A useful first reply identifies which issue exists. It does not immediately cut price or criticise another provider.

Make later a real date—or close the quote

If timing is the issue, ask whether the customer wants the quote closed or revisited around a date they choose. Do not keep an indefinite reminder running. If pricing or availability can change, state that it will need to be reconfirmed later.

Let “no” be an acceptable answer

A finite follow-up process protects both sides. When a customer declines or asks not to be contacted, record the outcome and stop. No script can or should turn every objection into a sale.
