Terms

QuoteChime provides self-service business communication templates and downloadable operating files. You are responsible for reviewing all facts, prices, dates, consent, recipients, and wording before use.

No guarantee or professional advice

The products do not guarantee a reply, accepted quote, revenue, payment, or customer outcome. They are not legal, accounting, tax, or marketing-compliance advice.

Licence

A paid download grants one business a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to edit and use those files in its own operations. You may not resell, publish, sublicense, or redistribute the files or a substantially equivalent template collection.

Payments

The Final Follow-up Card costs A$1 once, the Closeout Mini Pack costs A$3 once, the Quick Script Pack costs A$7 once, and the Complete Follow-up Kit costs A$19 once. Stripe processes the selected one-time charge. No purchase creates a subscription. You must be authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Acceptable use

Do not use QuoteChime for spam, harassment, deception, unlawful discrimination, or contacting people without a lawful basis. Stop following up when a recipient asks you to stop.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuoteChime is supplied as-is and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
