Adjust the result to the real conversation

If the customer gave you a decision date, use that context. If they declined or asked you to stop, close the quote. If the job is genuinely urgent, faster contact can be useful; do not manufacture urgency for an ordinary job.

What counts as a business day here?

The calculator skips Saturday and Sunday. It does not know your state, territory, industry shutdowns, or public holidays, so check the dates before importing the calendar file.
